Purchases
We are able to accept payments online via most major credit cards through PayPal.
You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this facility you can continue as a guest. Payment can also be made over the telephone if you preferred on the above number.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (except those paid for by cheque or postal order. If the items are out of stock, you will be offered the option to cancel the order or we will send the item once back in stock. You may or may not wish to proceed with your order. For all deliveries made within the UK, we use Royal Mail first class, for larger heavier parcels they will be sent 2nd class. UK orders over £15 will be sent free of all postal charges. UK orders under £15 will be charged at £3.

If we do not have a particular item in stock, we may dispatch a part order and follow up with the remaining goods once they are back in stock.
If goods are not received within 10 working days, you should contact us. Compensation for lost goods will be limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or refund. If you do not notify us within 21 days of ordering that your goods have not been received, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please ensure that you give a full postal address including post code. Any deliveries not received that do not contain a full and complete address will not be replaced or refunded. You must inform us within two days of delivery if any of your ordered goods are damaged or missing.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. If your ordered items are not in stock, you will be offered the option to cancel the order or we will send the item once back in stock.

We currently use PayPal for all payments which is linked to our website to provide payment services only and your credit card information will only be provided to and stored by them if you so wish. All information is held securely and is encrypted with the latest technology.

Tax Charges
Currently 20% Value added tax (VAT) is included in all of the prices quoted on our website for all sales made.
Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order before dispatch and return any unwanted goods within 7 working days providing the goods are received by us unopened and in a resaleable condition, we will provide a full refund excluding the delivery costs within 30 days of receipt of the goods. You must enclose your order number and date of purchase with all returned goods. In the case of returns, you will be responsible for the cost of postal charges and risk of damage or loss of the goods, therefore you should take out enough postal insurance to cover the loss.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Should your order be received in a fault or damaged condition we will issue a full refund upon receipt of photographic evidence.
Statutory Rights
These terms apply to your order and we reserve the right to alter or change our terms and conditions of sale at any time. Please do not assume that the current terms will apply in the future. Your legal rights are not affected or diminished in any way by these terms and conditions. Any term that is deemed to be invalid under the laws governed by English law, will be automatically omitted to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
