Should goods be damaged on receipt, please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier’s insurers.

Please notify us, by email, post or telephone (details below), within two days of receipt of the goods. Refunds will be made by the same method as that used for the original purchase.

On those occasions where a faulty product needs to be returned, ParchCraft Australia (UK) will refund any reasonable postage charges incurred. In the case of large/bulky items, we may arrange collection.

If a product is not faulty but is unwanted, the customer has a period of 7 days from receipt of the goods to inform us of their decision to return the item. We can only accept returns of unused items in a re-saleable condition in the original unopened packet, please note if the packet has been opened the product will be classes as sold. A full refund for the cost of resaleable goods will be processed upon their receipt. Note: return postage costs are payable by the customer.
